Myofascial Release Offers Solutions for Sciatica and Sciatic Treatment
Feel Relief from Back Pain, Leg Pain and Pinched Nerves Associated with Sciatica!

For 25 years I had experienced pain and needed chiropractic therapy especially on the right side of my neck, due to fusion of two vertebrae and degree of scoliosis. I had also suffered whiplash injury to my neck and upper back in an auto accident. In April of 2001 I began seeing Mr. Robert Smith for massage therapy. After 8 one hour sessions I have been virtually pain free, without need of additional therapy or adjustment. In January of 2003 I began seeing Mr. Smith again for cranial sacral therapy, a different matter.Thank you. - Sherry C., 65 yrs. old, Constant Neck Pain, Upper Back and Sacral area
The treatment of Sciatica is varied and many sufferers have recurring episodes of pain! The pain that you endure may be caused by tightening of the piriformis muscle due to imbalances in the hip rotator muscles, or it could be caused by spinal stenosis which is the decrease in space between vertebrae due to pressure and compression from myofascial/structural imbalances. Vertebrae can slip or move and this can pinch the Sciatic nerve. Some people suffer from a herniation which is when a disc protrudes out from between the vertebrae. If you have pinched nerves, painful legs, aching legs, back pain or acute Sciatica, you can benefit from therapy!
Myofascial Release Therapy is particularly effective in alleviating symptoms of sciatica. An evaluation of your posture and proper balance of the pelvis are of primary importance in addressing Sciatica or Sciatic Pain. Restrictions often cause the symptoms associated with Sciatic Pain and when these restrictions are removed, posture is improved and structural imbalances are corrected so that you may be free from pain!
